Privacy notice

TrueSmartTech OÜ is the controller of personal data collected on this website. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect. When you send a form (contact, licence order, trial or newsletter) we store the details you enter, such as name, email, company, country and message, together with the time and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.

Why. To answer your request, administer the seat and invoices, send the product news you asked for, and keep the site secure. The legal bases are your request (contract), your consent (newsletter) and our legitimate interest in security.

Where. The site and its database are hosted by Vercel and its marketplace database partner. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

How long. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, customer records as long as accounting law requires, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time through our contact form. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Terms

Subscription. LinkView Studio is a subscription per seat, monthly or annual. Cancel to end the seat. LinkView Runtime is free.

Price. €199 per seat per month, or €1,999 per seat per year. Prices are in EUR. TrueSmartTech OÜ is not VAT registered and no VAT is charged.

Trial. The first day is a trial: edit and preview. After that, a seat is required to keep editing and to deploy.

Assistant. There is no built-in assistant and no AI credit plan. Connect your own AI through MCP. LinkView does not host a model.

Use. You are responsible for the safe design, commissioning and operation of the systems you build with LinkView, in line with applicable standards and regulations.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
